These terms apply to all work carried out by DHP London Ltd (Company No. 06064438, Gas Safe registration #180521), trading from our London base.
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the information you provide and a visual inspection; if additional work is discovered once we start, we will discuss and agree it in writing before proceeding.
Our minimum call-out charge is £80. This covers travel and the first period on site to diagnose the issue. Any additional labour or parts are quoted before proceeding.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the date of invoice. For larger installations, a deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling.
Manufacturer warranties on boilers, cylinders, showers and fittings are honoured directly by the manufacturer, provided the equipment is serviced in line with those terms.
All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer under registration #180521 and is notified where required by regulation.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and disclosing any known hazards. If we deem an installation unsafe, we may isolate the appliance and advise you in writing before further work.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge to cover reserved time and materials already ordered.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
